RULE 119. USED OFF ASSIGNED DISTRICT.

An engineer used off the district on which he is holding an assignment, will be allowed expenses in the amount of thirty-five (35) miles for each calendar date so used at through freight rate applicable to locomotives weighing between 250,000 and 300,000 pounds on drivers.
