RULE 134 TIME SHORTAGES--VOUCHERS.

For all established shortages of fifteen dollars ($15.00) or

over, vouchers will-be issued upon request, provided shortage

is not due to negligence in rendering time return.

Therefore, IT IS AGREED:

            Upon written request from an individual  employe to the Carrier's Timekeeping Bureau, payroll vouchers will be sent directly by U. S. Mail to the address given by the employe and incorporated in such request
